The National Insurance Brokers Association Convention on the Gold Coast is the main talking point on the latest episode of the Insurance News podcast.

As previously reported, the event was a potentially record-breaking sellout. The theme was Shaping Change, and discussions and celebrations took place over three days. New to the conference this year was a wellbeing area where attendees could cuddle puppies and baby goats.

This week’s edition of INsight, hosted by Insurance News MD Andrew Silcox, features editor-in-chief John Deex and senior journalists Bernice Han and Miranda Maxwell.
