The National Insurance Brokers Assocation U-turn on remuneration disclosure requirements for small businesses is one of the main subjects discussed on the latest Insurance News podcast.

As previously reported, NIBA failed to include a significant recommendation to extend disclosure in its draft new code, published last week, sparking a strong reaction from consumer groups and the code compliance committee. It's similar to an argument that developed during the last code review.
