The report says we’re currently “in the depths” of the soft market, with conditions “entrenched” in commercial lines throughout last year.

And we can expect more of the same this year. Finity forecasts further rate drops of 8%-12% in corporate property and up to 5% falls in strata, with financial lines and cyber expected to reduce by 5%-10% and standalone liability by up to 7%.
