Aspire leadership scheme’s new cohort revealed

Hollard has announced successful candidates under the third intake of the Aspire Women Leaders Program.

The 12-month program, launched by Hollard and Steadfast in 2021, is supported by the University of NSW Australian Graduate School of Management.

It focuses on leadership capabilities, technical skill-building and strategic business acumen, and aims to provide enduring networks.

“At Hollard, we believe in the power of strong leadership and are proud to continue investing in programs that elevate women across our industry,” chief commercial officer Suzi Leung said. “Aspire is more than a leadership program; it’s a platform for lasting change and a pipeline for future leaders.”

The program, aimed at women involved with Steadfast brokerages, encourages applications from aspiring executives with at least 10 years’ experience.

Steadfast CEO Robert Kelly said: “Supporting and encouraging women to pursue leadership in our industry is something we take seriously.
