Peg Vaghaye has been appointed COO of Australian agencies at 360 Underwriting Solutions.

She joins the group after 13 years at CGU Insurance, most recently as EM of broker relationships for four years.

In the newly created role at 360, Ms Vaghaye will work with CEO Jason Clarke to enhance partner engagement and scale the business. She will oversee operations and the integration of new agencies and digital initiatives. 

Mr Clarke says the appointment is a milestone for 360, strengthening the leadership team as the business expands across Australia.  

“With a career defined by building high-performing teams, enhancing operational efficiency and delivering innovative solutions, Peg is widely respected across the Australian insurance industry,” 360 said.

Ms Vaghaye has also worked at Willis Towers Watson, Lumley Insurance and Marsh. Last year, she headlined an Insurance News technology conference.
