New Finity leadership team settles in

Finity Consulting says Nelson Henwood has started work as MD and director Aaron Cutter has become board chair.

It was announced in May that Mr Henwood, who was previously chair, would take over from Scott Collings when he retired in August. Mr Henwood has been with the business since January 2007 and started the new role in August, according to his LinkedIn.

“Finity has built enduring client relationships through the quality of its people, the depth of its expertise and the independence of its advice,” Mr Henwood said.

“My responsibility is to protect that trust while ensuring we continue to evolve.”

He says client needs will continue to drive Finity’s research and development philosophy, and how it directs investment.

“We measure the success of our investments by their ability to solve client problems and achieve meaningful outcomes.

“This yardstick will guide us as we continue to hone our consulting capabilities and invest in our people, data and technology.”

Mr Cutter – who joined Finity in 2004 – says the actuarial consultancy boasts “highly capable people, strong client relationships and a culture grounded in intellectual integrity, collaboration and professional judgment.

“As chairman, I look forward to supporting and challenging Nelson and the leadership team, maintaining a long-term perspective and ensuring Finity invests in its people and capabilities with discipline.”
