The Victorian Workers’ Compensation team at Gallagher Bassett has created an online portal to ease access to claim information and upload documents.

Certificates of capacity, invoices, reimbursements and requests for treatment can be submitted via the portal.

Client Services Director Michelle Klobas says workers’ compensation claims can be hard to navigate and the portal allows information to directly enter the Gallagher Bassett system, avoiding multiple emails.

“We are motivated to do whatever it takes to make the process easier,” Ms Klobas said.

By submitting information via the portal, Gallagher Bassett claims professionals can process a request more quickly, “leading to faster treatment decisions and payments”.
