Manheim appoints Australasia MD

Vehicle auctioneer Manheim has appointed Campbell Jones to the new position of MD of Manheim Australia and New Zealand.

He replaces Australia-based CEO Asia-Pacific Tim Hudson, who will return to the UK to run Manheim’s vehicle remarketing business there.

The CEO Asia-Pacific position has been abolished following a reorganisation of reporting lines, a spokesman told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

Mr Jones was previously Manheim’s COO Australia and New Zealand. He has been with the company, whose Australian base is in Melbourne, for more than 20 years.

Manheim, which sells damaged vehicles for insurers, is a subsidiary of US-based Cox Automotive.
