WorkSafe Victoria recognises outstanding agents

WorkSafe Victoria has announced the winners of its agent awards, recognising employees who have made outstanding contributions to the workers’ compensation industry.

Allianz celebrated a double success, with Aisling Roche winning the excellence in personal injury management category and Brook Noy honoured for excellence in return to work.

CGU also took two prizes – for its policy services credit team (outstanding contribution by a team) and Caterina Todarello (outstanding contribution by an individual).

Xchanging’s Rhonda Brand won the improving client performance category, and the insurance outsourcing company’s iService project team took the excellence in innovation award.

Gwenda Dargan of Gallagher Bassett won excellence in service delivery, while QBE’s Stephanie Hill was named outstanding new starter.
