HDI-Gerling Australia has appointed Graham Silton as Property Underwriting Manager Australasia.

He was previously regional property manager for the Pacific region with Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS).

Mr Silton worked in London for more than 25 years before relocating to Sydney six years ago to take up the Pacific role.

In London he was AGCS head of property UK. He is also a former property underwriting manager for Allianz Cornhill International and multinational property underwriter for Assurance Generales de France.

HDI-Gerling Australia MD Stefan Feldmann says Mr Silton “has a proven track record in large corporate and multinational business”.

Mr Silton begins his appointment on May 4, based in Sydney.
