The Financial Ombudsman Service has released tables comparing life insurers and other financial service providers’ likelihood of disputes for the year to June 30.

Suncorp Life and Superannuation records the highest chance of disputes (11.3 per 100,000), followed by Greenstone Financial Services (9.6).

AIA has the lowest probability (0.7 per 100,000), followed by HCF Life Insurance (1.8).
