Innovation Group has announced 11% revenue growth to £112.8 million ($221.6 million) and a 13% rise in net profit to £11.3 million ($22.2 million) for the six months to March 31.

Andy Roberts, CEO of the UK-listed software and business process provider to the insurance, fleet, automotive and property industries, says the business services division grew by 20% and the software division is “beginning to gain traction”.

“Underlying momentum in the business is strong,” he said. “The past six months have seen us deliver double-digit [growth] and… our newly separated software and business services divisions are now tightly aligned to their target markets.”

Innovation Group entered the UK after-sales motor warranty market last December with the £36 million ($70.7 million) purchase of car service plan provider EMaC from private equity group Mobeus.
