New Zealand insurer Tower is seeking a director to replace Rebecca Dee-Bradbury, who resigned last Wednesday.

Ms Dee-Bradbury joined the board in August 2014 and sat on the audit and risk and remuneration and appointments committees.

She has held senior regional roles and CEO positions with businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific, according to Tower’s annual report for last year.
