Stream, Cerno announce joint branding

Claims service provider Stream and loss adjuster Cerno will unite under a single brand after the expected completion of their financial merger.

Stream shareholders have already backed the transaction, but Cerno shareholders have yet to give approval.

Stream CEO Paul Lynch says the group will retain the Stream name but with a new logo, vision and purpose.

“Over the past 18 months we’ve been working hard to bring Stream, Cerno and National Insurance Replacement Services together under a single, client-focused organisation,” he said. “Although Stream is made up of many specialist disciplines, we’ve now got a structure in place where everyone is working together towards a single, well-defined purpose.

“We’ve taken the very best parts of each business in the group, and added new features and systems that further enhance our offer to the market.”
