Steadfast has made several executive appointments as a result of its rapid expansion over the past two years.

EGM Allan Reynolds has taken up the new position of EGM New Zealand and Direct.

Steadfast Direct was introduced last year to offer a line of retail insurance products for brokers to sell.

The group moved into New Zealand with the acquisition of 30% of broker Rothbury in 2013 and last year’s acquisition of the Allied Insurance Group cluster.

Nick Cook has been confirmed as GM Partner & Broker Services.

He was Zurich Financial Services head of customer and product proposition, but left last year during a company restructure.

Mr Cook and GM Business Development Adrian Humphreys have been appointed to Steadfast’s executive group.
