QBE will hold meetings with potential investors in Europe and Asia this week.

“Consistent with the capital plan… a $US Reg S Tier 2 offering may follow, subject to market conditions and terms,” Group General Counsel and Company Secretary Peter Horton told the Australian Securities Exchange.

In August QBE announced a capital management plan comprising a $650 million institutional share placement and a $160 million share purchase.
