Insurance House shakes up AR network

Insurance House has given its authorised representative network a stronger profile within the group, as it looks to expand the business.

More than 45 “authorised partners” will come under the Insurance House Advance banner as the operation is highlighted within the company and the wider industry.

“It is about creating our own unique identity and steady and consistent growth,” Head of Insurance House Advance Jim Karafilis told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

Partners in Insurance House Advance operate and own their businesses and trade under their own names as part of the wider group, which may hold equity in some cases.

Mr Karafilis joined Insurance House six years ago to develop the authorised representative model. The network has established a presence across Australia in major cities and regional areas.

“Insurance House Advance will be continually expanding its national footprint, which now also includes representation in WA, and actively promoting the new-look Advance brand throughout the industry,” the group says.

It says significant investment in the authorised partner model has included enhanced and upgraded services and back-end support.
