Ensurance online platform draws new partners

Broker and insurance technology group Ensurance says its online platform has signed up 20 partners since July, bringing the overall number to 33.

The platform allows partners to offer independent service, advice, underwriting and online insurance broking.

Ensurance says the growth “is a clear indication of the success the company has experienced from its recent marketing campaign”.

“Ensurance has experienced a clear growth relationship between its signed global insurance partners, insurance products being offered and the signing up of new white-label partners, leading to an increase in sales revenue,” it says.

The company says white labelling refers to third parties using the online platform’s products and rebranding them for customers.

“White-label clients are a key metric for the company as this allows us to reach a wide range of clients without the significant spend on direct-to-consumer marketing. By partnering, this leverages the trusted relationship the white-label client has with their clients.”

Ensurance narrowed its net loss to $1.75 million last financial year, from $3.73 million the previous year.
