Transport broking specialist Austbrokers AEI Transport has widened its business focus entering into a joint venture with Chegwyn Corporate Services to form Austbrokers AEI Pty Ltd.

Austbrokers AEI Transport MD Tim Wedlock says the joint venture with Alex Chegwyn facilitates a move into corporate and commercial broking.

“We’ve often been asked by our transport clients to work with them in associated but non-transport areas,” Mr Wedlock told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

“This move enables us to expand our business services without compromising our primary focus on transport insurance.”
