This training session has been developed to provide the information and skills for ‘Return to Work Co-ordinators’ to support employers and facilitate the successful return to work of injured workers.
Learn about the functions and requirements of a Return to Work Co-ordinator, including how to:
- Coordinate an injured worker returning to work
- Complete effective return to work plans
- Monitor return to work to ensure its success and sustainability
- Communicate effectively with injured workers and others involved in the return to work process.
