ANZIIF 'Challenging Conversations' Workshop
This (Level 2) workshop is designed for those who want to deal more confidently with challenging situations so that the workplace continues to improve as a place where people work well together and achieve desired outcomes.
Participants will develop further confidence engaging in the types of conversations that hold people accountable; build the skills for engaging in potentially tough situations; further employ the critical soft skills that enhance our ability to tackle difficult issues, and develop strategies to engage people in being responsible for performance and behavioural improvement.
