ANZIIF 'Challenging Conversations' Workshop
This level 2 workshop is designed for participants who have completed Challenging Conversations Level 1.
Learning outcomes include developing further confidence engaging in the types of conversations that hold people accountable, building further confidence around using the challenging conversations framework for engaging in potentially tough situations, further employing the critical soft skills that enhance our ability to tackle difficult issues and developing strategies to engage people in being responsible for performance and behavioural improvement.
