ANZIIF 'Challenging Conversations' Workshop
This workshop will teach you how to turn a challenging conversation into a productive GROW conversation. You will learn a simple 6-step process that will allow you to engage people around sensitive matters that we often hope will just ‘go away’ or resolve itself – which rarely occurs.
Outcomes of this program include a practical framework for engaging in a challenging conversation, enhanced efficiency in getting the real message across, develop strategies to engage people in being responsible for performance and behavioural improvement.
