This interactive facilitated workshop provides participants with a basic knowledge and understanding of personal accident and sickness insurance and the opportunity to apply their learning to work-based case studies and scenarios.
Upon completion of the workshop, participants should, with respect to personal accident and sickness insurance, be able to identify and explain the need for the product and its purpose, the main features and benefits of the product, the key underwriting issues and the key considerations for evaluating claims.
