B&N 'The Good, the Bad & the Indemnity' Professional Edge Series Workshops
In the commercial world much attention is given to contractual terms that affect price, product and profit, often at the expense of clauses designed to transfer risk from one party to another. But when something goes wrong, good times can very quickly turn bad. A sound understanding of how these terms operate and the advantages to be gained by them is vital in today’s market.
In this two-and-a-half hour workshop you will examine the key legal principles relevant to the formation and enforcement of commercial contracts, explore the very latest court decisions on indemnity clauses, insurance provisions and noting an interest on a policy, and tie it all together with a practical, ‘hands on’ workshop.
