Elaine Collins will present the key findings of the 2009 General Insurance Survey, which was published in January 2010. Elaine's presentation will provide insight into profitability, pricing and capacity across all general insurance lines and what impact these issues will have as we move through 2010.
David Watt leads the insurance litigation team of Deloitte Forensic. He will present on the claims experience during 2009 based on the findings from the J.P. Morgan Deloitte General Insurance Survey and from his own experience as a forensic accountant providing expert reports to lawyers and insurers.
