AILA 'Torts – Are the Lines less Taut?' Seminar

Tort law is continually changing. As more cases on the Civil Liability Act emerge and as the composition of the High Court continues to change, it is important for all of us to keep abreast of developments.

This seminar will consider the recent important cases in tort law. Firstly, the recent cases will be reviewed; secondly the Supreme Court will provide a legal perspective from the bench; and thirdly, an actuary will comment upon any changes from a macro-economic perspective.
