FOS 'Avoiding, Managing and Resolving Complaints' Complaint Resolution Workshop

This one-day intensive workshop has been designed specifically to provide members with skills and information on how to avoid, manage and resolve complaints, using members' own internal dispute resolution process, thus avoiding the need (and cost) of referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

This fast-paced workshop is great fun and provides complaint handlers with new skills for managing complaints.
