AILA 'The Insurance Contracts Amendment Bill' Seminar
Professor Greg Reinhardt, Executive Director Australasian Institute of Judicial Administration will consider the practical implications of the changes which will be brought about if the Insurance Contracts Amendment Bill (2010) is passed, and additionally how it differs from the draft bill released in February 2007.
He will also consider the current state of the common law relating to the interpretation of the Insurance Contracts Act (1984).
