Motor vehicle personal injury litigation often involves important liability, insurance and assessment of damage issues.
This seminar will address topical issues, such as joint illegal enterprise (including reference to Miller v Miller (2009) WASCA 199, special leave having been granted on 28 May 2010 to appeal to the High Court), recent liability decisions, trustee management fees, assessment of damages etc.
