ANZIIF 'Challenging Conversations' Workshop

This level 2 workshop is designed for participants who have completed "Challenging Conversations" level 1.

Workshop facilitator Brian Buchanan, Director Human Capital International will help participants develop further confidence engaging in the types of conversations that hold people accountable; build further confidence around using the challenging conversations framework and employ the critical soft skills that enhance our ability to tackle difficult issues.
