SMUG 'Insights into Motor Vehicle Rating in Australia' Seminar
This seminar examines the rating practices for comprehensive motor insurance adopted by insurers in Australia. It will provide analysis and commentary about the diversity of rating factors used in the pricing of the product and differences in the shape of key rating factors across market players including a specific focus on driver, geographic and vehicle rating.
Also considered will be the appropriate use of competitor analysis in pricing work and the challenges involved, as well as the potential application of this work for commercial motor pricing.
