This workshop will teach participants how to engage in the difficult conversations that they need to have with staff, colleagues and business partners. Learn how to initiate these uncomfortable & sometimes confronting discussions, without turning it towards conflict.
Brian Buchanan, Director Human Capital International will cover the practical skills for engaging in challenging conversations; give you the ability to resolve difficult issues; teach you how to get the real message across and how to engage people in being responsible for performance and behavioural improvement.
