ANZIIF Commercial Claims Fundamentals Workshop

Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, 5 August 2010

This interactive one-day workshop provides participants with an introduction to the process and management of commercial claims, primarily industrial special risk (ISR) and pack policies. It also covers property damage and business interruption claims under ISR and pack products, and liability claims.

Participants will be given the opportunity to take part in discussion and activities, to apply new knowledge and understanding of the management of claims under each of the policies.
