ANZIIF Commercial Claims Fundamentals Workshop
This workshop provides participants with an introduction to the process and management of commercial claims, primarily under Industrial Special Risk (ISR) and pack policies. It also covers property damage and business interruption claims under ISR and pack products, and liability claims. It is an interactive workshop in which participants will be given the opportunity to participate in discussion and activities to apply new knowledge and understanding of the management of claims under each of the policies.
