ANZIIF 'Challenging Conversations' Workshop

This workshop (Level 1) will teach participants how to initiate those uncomfortable and sometimes confronting conversations that they need to have with staff, colleagues and business partners without turning it towards conflict.

Anyone responsible for the development and improved performance of individuals, especially those dealing with difficult people interactions and situations should attend.
