ANZIIF Insurance Contracts Amendment Bill Seminar

The bill has finally been tabled in Parliament. There aren't as many changes as expected, with some good news and a few surprises.

The seminar will also discuss Treasury's recently released options paper on unfair terms in insurance contracts. Copies of the current Insurance Contracts Act with the proposed amendments tracked will be available at this event.
