IAG strengthens marketing team

IAG today announced the appointment of three senior marketing executives who will report direct to Chief Marketing Officer Brent Smart.

Director of Content Zara Curtis will lead the insurer’s social and media functions. She was most recently Fremantle Media’s GM commercial, digital and branded entertainment.

Caroline Hugall joins as Group Brand Strategy Director, to oversee the brand portfolio strategy and team. She was previously the senior planner of global brand strategy for US food and beverage giant Mondelez.

Sally Kiernan becomes NRMA Insurance Marketing Director, leading marketing activity for the largest consumer brand in the IAG group of insurance companies. She was previously streaming platform Pandora’s group marketing director.

“The collective experience these three bring to our business is significant and spans a wide range of industries, markets and customer segments,” Mr Smart said.
