Climate change module bulks up broker training
The impact of climate change has been added to Zurich’s broker education program in response to concerns intermediaries and their clients don’t fully understand the risks involved.
Zurich’s Zenith program – now in its seventh year – will include climate change training and a stronger focus on sales and marketing to help brokers sell services to clients wary after the global downturn.
This year’s Zenith program is being launched today with a national roadshow to brokers.
