FPA names speakers for Hobart conference

The Financial Planning Association has invited a trio of globally renowned “thought leaders” to speak at its Professionals Congress in Hobart.

Futurist and strategist Mike Walsh will open the event, examining the impact of emerging technologies on consumers’ daily lives and interactions.

London-based writer and broadcaster Claudia Hammond will share research-backed insights on the psychology of money, and academic Daniel Susskind will discuss the future of the profession.

“This year’s Professionals Congress is all about inspiring delegates to embrace change, discover new ideas and explore opportunities for growth, both professionally and personally,” association CEO Dante De Gori said.

The congress runs from November 22-24.
