Honan Insurance Group has restructured its senior leadership and changed its logo as it continues to expand within Australia and overseas.
Damien Honan becomes Group CEO with overall responsibility while Andrew Fluitsma steps into the role of CEO Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Fluitsma, previously Honan’s MD, will also manage finance, marketing and sales for the group.
Brad Tymmons has relocated to Singapore as CEO Asia and will also oversee technology and special projects.
Honan, which started in 1964, has more than 200 staff operating from offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
The company’s logo has been updated to an easily identifiable “wordmark”, with a colour progression from blue to pink across the lettering.
“Our market research confirmed it was time to evolve our business image to better reflect who we are as a business, especially as we position the organisation in pursuit of new opportunities for future growth, acquisition and expansion,” Mr Fluitsma said.
